By accessing or using the Tektii platform and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tektii, Inc. ("Tektii," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Services.
2. Description of Services
Tektii provides a cloud-based platform for backtesting trading strategies using historical market data. Our Services include:
- Strategy development and testing tools
- Historical market data access
- Performance analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

You retain all rights to the trading strategies, algorithms, and other content you create using our Services. We claim no ownership over your content, but you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Services to you.

The Services, including all software, text, images, and other content, are owned by Tektii and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
6. Payment and Billing
Subscription Fees
The free Sandbox plan is available indefinitely. Paid plans provide additional capacity and features. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
Price Changes
We may change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
7. Risk Disclosure
Trading Risk Warning
HIGH RISK INVESTMENT: Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital.
PAST PERFORMANCE: Historical backtesting results do not guarantee future performance. Markets change, and strategies that worked in the past may not work in the future.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEKTII SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tektii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds unless required by law.
