Refund Policy at a Glance

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • You can cancel at any time to stop future billing
  • Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are preserved
  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

1. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Inc. ("Stripe"), our payment processor. Your contract for the subscription is between you and Tektii Ltd. Refunds, billing disputes, and cancellation are handled by Tektii directly.

2. Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing period has been paid for, fees for that period are not refundable, including for partial use of the Services during that period.

To stop future billing, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your plan reverts to the free Sandbox plan.

3. Statutory Consumer Rights (UK)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

UK consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel certain distance contracts. This right does not apply once a digital subscription has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel will be lost (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 37).

4. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged in error, charged after cancellation, or billed more than once for the same period, contact us at support@tektii.com. Verified billing errors are refunded promptly. Refunds are processed by Stripe and credited to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how, and what happens next:

How to cancel

  • • From your account settings
  • • From the in-app Billing page
  • • By contacting support@tektii.com

What happens next

  • • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • • No further charges will be made
  • • Your plan reverts to the free Sandbox plan

6. Annual Plans

Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period; no partial refund is issued for unused months. This is without prejudice to your statutory rights set out in section 3.

7. Your Data After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export your strategies and backtest results
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy
  • Your account remains active on the free Sandbox plan

8. How to Request a Billing Refund

To request a refund for a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • A short description of the error

We aim to respond to all billing-refund requests within 2 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice via email.
