Email us at support@tektii.com with a description of your issue. Include any relevant error messages, screenshots, and steps to reproduce the problem. We respond within 24 hours for technical issues.
Where can I find the documentation?
Our documentation site is coming soon. It will include getting started guides, API reference, strategy development tutorials, and troubleshooting tips.
What support is included with my plan?
Sandbox includes community support. Backtester includes email support (48h). Analyst gets priority email (24h). Trader includes a direct support channel (4h response).
Can I request a feature or report a bug?
Yes. Email support@tektii.com with feature requests or bug reports. For bugs, include steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and actual behavior. We review all submissions and prioritize based on user impact.
